We are located off Highway 31 in Pelham, Alabama. If you are heading south on Highway 31, pass Wal-Mart (on your left). Murphy Automotive will be a car dealership on your right. Take the next right, past the traffic light. The name of the road is Hilltop Business Center Drive. Go up the hill and the gym is about half way up on the right. Of you are facing the building, the gym will be on the right side and is the last door on that side. The building is beige with green trim.
